After you have paid

After payment, open SSH and RDP in the console

Connection details, tickets, and invoices live in the console. Specs and prices stay on the homepage and the pricing page.

From the order to a connection

  1. On the order page, choose 128GB or 256GB, then disks and bandwidth.
  2. Confirm payment. Sign in after it completes, and open the console.
  3. When the server is running, read SSH or RDP.

Where to find the server after you pay

Payment returns you to the order page. If you have no account yet, register or sign in. The guest id in this browser attaches the invoice to the account you use next.

After sign-in, open the console. It lists servers that have been paid. Unpaid orders do not appear.

How SSH and RDP connect

Linux and Proxmox use SSH. Windows Server uses a local RDP client. Once the server is running, the console can also open a graphical session in the browser.

The public address, the command, and the password appear after the server is running. Those fields stay empty while provisioning is still in progress. Day-to-day access is SSH or local RDP.

Power and faults go through a ticket

If you are signed out, a sign-in window opens first. If you are signed in, you land in the ticket panel. Power on, power off, and restart also create a ticket.

The subject should name the symptom or the option you want changed. It should not be a price comparison. The description needs at least 10 characters.

Where invoices, renewal, and the password are

All three are sections at the top of the console. The anchors on this page do not require sign-in. If you are signed out when you follow one, the sign-in window opens.

Invoices list paid records. Renewal opens the payment portal. Password accepts the current password or an email code.

Which page holds specs, and which holds prices

The homepage says what the service is. The pricing page lists the monthly total. The order page is where you configure.

Memory is DDR4-3200 ECC RDIMM. The two default 1TB NVMe disks are attached directly. Usable capacity is 2TB. That is not a RAID-1 of 1TB.

If you cannot connect, or the server is missing, check these four

Monthly totals are on the pricing page. This section is how you connect after payment, and where tickets are.

Yes. The order page is public. Sign-in is for SSH, RDP, tickets, and invoices in the console.
After the server is running, open it in the console. That is when the public address, the SSH or RDP command, and the password appear. Those fields stay empty while provisioning is still in progress.
Submit the power action on the server page in the console. That creates a ticket. Power actions are not available until provisioning is finished.
A delivery time in minutes is not promised. After a paid server appears in the console, the status moves from preparing to running. Connection details are shown then.

Open a ticket if you already bought. Configure first if you have not.

Faults and power actions go through the console. If you have not ordered, open the order page.
